Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy for US orders on all products purchased from our site with the exception of clearanced items. To be eligible for a return or exchange products must be received by us within 30 days from when it was delivered to the customer.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges
Orders placed the Saturday before Black Friday through December 25th each year are eligible for our extended holiday policy and can be returned or exchanged through the following January 31st.
Clearanced items are eligible for free size exchanges subject to the availability of the product. If no product is available to exchange, customer may choose to receive store credit.
For custom polos, we can not accept returns on these polos unless there is a defect with the product. At times we may be able to exchange for different sizes depending on left over inventory from the custom order.
For international returns, we aren’t able to cover the cost of the return and these are at the customer’s expense.
For returns to be accepted, the items must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, with its original tags still attached.
